Art 1 HOLDER

Art 2 Purchase procedure
Cantine Stinca will send an email to register, conclude the order and confirm that the order has been received with information on the successful completion of the payment. The user is invited to save or print the e-mail and to keep it. In the case of an Electronic Invoice, the customer will receive a PDF receipt / invoice via email and then forward it to the SDI system. In case he does not receive it, the consumer is invited to contact our customer service.
Art 3 Error filling data
If the user data is incomplete or in any case inaccurate (in order to make delivery of the package impossible), Cantine Stinca will contact the user before processing the order.
Art 4 Product price
Unless otherwise indicated, the prices of the products must be considered inclusive of VAT. The prices of the products published on the site cancel and replace the previous ones and are subject to the actual availability of the products. Cantine Stinca reserves the right to confirm or modify the prices of the products published on its website or in information brochures and advertising materials, at the time of confirmation of the Customer's order.
Art 5 Inexact goods
In the event of any impossibility, even temporarily, to fulfill the order partially or totally, Cantine Stinca will contact the user promptly to make arrangements, without prejudice to the possibility for the user to request cancellation, even partially , of the order and the return of the corresponding amount possibly already paid by credit card.
Art 6 Product anomalies
Should an anomaly occur in the product purchased at the shop.cantinestinca.it site, the User is required to keep the bottles with at least 3/4 of the contents and send it at his own expense to the following address: Cantine Stinca sas Via Mortora S.Liborio 55 80063 Piano di Sorrento (NA). An expert will be in charge of checking the status of the drink and if the anomaly manifested by the User should be found, we will refund the cost of shipping and the bottle.
Art 7 Legislative references
The sales contract between the customer and Cantine Stinca SAS is concluded in Italy and regulated by Italian law (Legislative Decree 206/2005). For the solution of civil and criminal disputes arising from the conclusion of this distance selling contract, if the Customer is a consumer, the territorial jurisdiction is that of the reference hole of his municipality of residence; in all other cases, the territorial jurisdiction is exclusively that of the Forum of Torre Annunziata.
Right of withdrawal
With reference to Legislative Decree 206/2005 relating to the Withdrawal In case of problems, the customer can cancel the order by simply communicating it by email to info@cantinestinca.it, provided that the same has not yet been processed. The customer can exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods through an explicit declaration, containing the data necessary to identify the order sent to the indicated contacts. In case of exercise of the right of withdrawal, the Customer agrees to the full return in unaltered conditions and in the original packaging, of the products received at the same address used for the registered letter. The right of withdrawal is instead excluded: for the purchase of goods made to measure or personalized by Cantine Stinca SAS according to the specific requests of the Customer (see gift packs for example) or which, by their nature, cannot be sent back or risk to deteriorate or alter rapidly; for products not delivered due to the absence of the customer from the place of delivery and for those that at the time of their withdrawal are altered or deteriorated due to the delay caused by the customer. If the withdrawal is made in the manner and terms above, the amount already paid for the products is credited to the buyer by the same payment method used by him on the website to complete the order.
REFUND
The refund is made in the shortest possible time, and in any case within 14 days from the date on which Cantine Stinca sas, having received the customer's notice of withdrawal, receives the goods ordered intact and in the original packaging at the following address: Via Mortora S.
